Worst Christmas gift ever!
Ok, fess up! Who got a horrible Christmas gift this year that they hated? A mama’s rant has a winner of a worst gift, a set of 10 year old, used nail clippers. I can honestly say that I didn’t get anything this year that I didn’t love. But that is for another time. You always hear about the awful gifts that are returned this time of the year. You know what I mean. The soup bowl for the one who hates soup or the tie of flying pigs for the vegetarian.
Well, I can remember a certain recurring gift that I got every year from someone whom I don’t want to hurt their feelings. So that is all you get for the “who”. I have unusually small feet for anyone. At 32 yrs old, I wear a children’s size 2.5 shoe. You would have thought that that would be memorable. Everyone else that I know always makes fun of my small feet. Well, growing up, a dear one would always give me socks for Christmas. They were always cute but they were always too big. And that was the only gift I got from them. How hard would it have been to remember that I have freakishly small feet and get me socks that fit? I finally got the bright idea to regift them to my friends in high school since they had regular feet and the socks would fit them. Otherwise I would have had a drawer full of “big girl” socks that I would never be able to wear.
So how about it? Did you get anything this year that HAD to go back? I won’t tell.

I guess, if you wanted to get disgusting, they could have. They just would have been a little chewed. :)

Oh, I forgot . . . every year someone gives me a dish towel for Christmas. It’s a Christmas dish towel and it’s always a really cheap one too. I need to find a use for them, that’s for sure.

Just use them to move heavy things, put the dish towel under the object you would like to move so your floor does not get scratched up. Instead of buying those really expensive rubber things that are useless, execept for that.
