Wal-Mart to go high end and organic.

It doesn’t get any more thrifty than taking competitors coupons to the store you always shop at anyway.  That way, you don’t waste gas money.  Everybody knows that store is Wal-mart.  I saw a report on TV several weeks ago about how Wal-Mart is going hi-society.  It showed an experimental store in Plano, Texas that has organic foods, high end wines and electronics, and name brand clothing.  I saw it at a glance and couldn’t find anything else.  I have a personal interest in Wal-Mart as my dad worked there for years.  He was pretty high up when he left.  So when I came across another article about our favorite store, I thought I would let you know the latest news.  I always thought Sam Walton would roll over in his grave if he could see the changes in the company.  Now I know he would since he started the company on the premise that everyday people could get what they needed.  Now I might just feel underdressed when I go into a “fancy” Wal-Mart.
