Time to get those winter clothes out.
I love Fall. I like that the temperatures are mild and you need only a sweater to stay warm. I love the trees and the way they change colors. I love the way the wind seems to be sweet in you hair. I love getting out all of my winter clothes and feeling like I just got a whole new wardrobe.
That’s right, folks. It’s time to get all those winter clothes out. Make it a fun time with your kids. Yesterday, I put away most of my daughter’s summer clothes and hung up her winter clothes We made a game of it and I didn’t feel like I took any time away form her. I put her in her crib and she wanted me to put all the clothes I was taking out of her closet in her crib. She played with them happily until I was ready to put them away. So I got her out and gave her each piece of clothing. She put them in the bag for me and I told her what a good girl she was for helping. All she could do was giggle and smile. I love those smiles!
Take the time to play with your kids this week. You will miss these sweet days when they just want your car keys and credit cards.
