Thrifty mommies come together.
Sometimes, being a thrifty mommy doesn’t mean doing it by yourself. This week my household had the 24-hr stomach bug. It was a bad deal. Even my 1 yr old had it. I always thought that when I got sick, I would still be able to take care of my kids. Well I couldn’t. I had to call my girlfriend to take care of my little girl, who was fine by the time my DH and I got it. Now my girlfriend has it. Now that is a true friend and I feel horrible for getting her sick.
Thankfully, we are all better and I now know just how good of a friend I have.
