That is a great statement from Dave. From his “The great misunderstanding”, which I just finished watching. What a society we would have if everyone could understand this. You must have a open fist to get and an open first to be able to give.

I totally agree! When I give a part of me to someone else, my life becomes better. Not nessesarily money-wise, but something from the heart. I truely believe the saying of what comes around goes around. Its always good to be a kind person, cuz the kindness will always come back to you!

Giving turns “life” into a verb instead of merely a noun. It’s also easier to do when motivated by the ultimate Giver - Jesus.

I’m still trying to understand the correlation between giving and what I receive. I have no problems giving, it is just that I don’t ‘feel’ much from it- what little I do is temporary.
