The Top 10 list to beat all Top 10 lists!

by kellys on October 11th, 2006

I love blog carnivals! I think they are one of the best things about blogging. Finally Thrifty Mommy gets to host one. This month, the Family and Relations carnival is being held right here at Thrifty Mommy. I love this great group of blogs and bloggers. I wish all of you could hear how crazy we all are behind the scenes. This month, we are introducing you to our favorite top 10’s.

I think you will really enjoy this group of top 10’s as they are on a variety of topics. Take the time to browse these great blogs and sit a spell.

Gayla at Dating Dames gives you the top 10 signs that you are on a bad date. I could give a couple of signs myself that would have you ROTFL!

SP at Weary Parent, and aren’t we all?, gives her top 10 things she wants for Christmas. Anyone want to help her out?

Mike at Career and Kids introduces himself in the top 10 things we should know about Mike. Take the time to get to know him.

Kbaggott at Babylune has a top 10 for post partum essentials and a top 10 list for recovering time for you. We all should do better at that!

Kerri at Play Library gives us a very thrifty list of top 10 every day toys. This is a great list for every parent that feels obligated to spend way too much money on their kids at Christmas.

Robyn at Inside Motherhood gives us a great top 5 ways to open a baby food jar. Just be careful with #4. I would end up breaking and spilling it everywhere.

Elizabeth at GenBetween gives a top 10 resource list for the sandwich generation. I think this would be the hardest job ever! I can only deal with one generation at a time.

Anna at Widow’s Quest gives us a great top 10 list for ways to ease a broken heart. She does a fabulous job with a very special subject.

Karen, here at Thrifty Mommy, gives a fantabulous list of top 25 ways to save money. She has been a real blessing to me here. Thanks, Karen.

Christine at Our One Heart is making sure her top 10 list will ring your wedding bells off so stay tuned.

Steve at Inside Fatherhood gives some good advice as to the top 10 things not to say to a stay at home dad. Nice job, Steve.

Christina at Solo Mother has a different twist on things. Her top 10 list deals with the top 10 fabulous things for a single mother. I have a hard enough time doing things with one. My hat is off to all you single parents.

Jay at Parents Behaving Badly (I just love that name) has an interesting top 10 ways to screw up your kids for life. What a unique way to do a top 10. Note of warning - Jay has a colorful way of putting things and this one is for adults only! Sorry kids.

Take a look around the Family and Relations Channel to see what strikes your fancy. I’ve had a great time doing the Carnival this month. Thanks guys for all your help.
