Thrifty Mommy

Teaching your kids to be thrifty doesn’t have to be hard.

by kellys on May 5th, 2006

Now that I have a child of my own, I am always on the lookout for ways to teach her to be thrifty with her time and money.  I know the best way is by example.  But I also know that no matter how hard I show her, there are always others that are showing her the opposite.  Well, here are some great ideas as to how to show your kids the frugal way to live while not appearing cheap.  I personally like the hand-me-down clothes and buying the season passes ideas.  What are your favorites?
