I love easy, cheesy recipes.  I ran across a great set of recipes that have 5 ingredients (give or take) that seem super easy.  I can’t wait to try the Tex Mex Chicken Salad recipe.  I like recipes like that.

Three Minute No-Bake Cookies

Since January is Oatmeal Month I thought we could celebrate with these super easy no-bake cookies.  Oatmeal is good and good for you.

2 cups granulated sugar
