90% Off Valentine Stuff at Target

I got to thinking today, ‘Target usually clearances down their holiday stuff pretty quickly.  I bet they already have it marked down 75%.’  I called the store to check and the lady told me it was 90% off, but they didn’t have much left.  I headed down there anyway and I’m glad I did.  Here’s […]

Awesome Clearance at Target

I dropped by Target today and they have already clearanced their Christmas stuff 75% off!  They have a great selection too.  There were at least 6 aisles full at my local Target.
I have been wanting a new jewelry box, but after seeing the prices I decided to wait.  I’m glad I did because I purchased one […]

Take Advantage of Toy Sales

Be on the look out for great toy sales in your area.  Each year around January and February, retailers begin marking down their overstock from Christmas.  Each time I go to Target and Wal-Mart I take a quick walk through the toy department to see if the clearancing has begun.
I try to take advantage of […]

Bleak Sales Mean Big Savings for You

Did anyone else notice that Christmas decorations were on sale well before Christmas this year?  And what about the Wal-Mart sales that were advertised before Black Friday?

My dad and I have an informal tradition.  For the past few years, the day after Christmas we have gotten up early and gone shopping together.  He […]

Summer Clearance Savings

End of summer clearance is everywhere.  Here are a few places I’ve seen or heard about:
Wal-Mart - I was there today.  I got my DD a Barbie for $2.  They had some other toys on clearance.  It looked like they were clearancing out some of the home selection.  I saw area rugs for $10.  The […]

I managed to get out of the house for a while on Monday and stopped at Toys ‘R Us.  Their clearanced toys were an additional 20% off and their clearanced summer clothes were an additional 40% off, which made most items 65-75% off.  I managed to find a few bargains.
The Toys ‘R Us site also […]
