Sinus congestion solved
I have a really good cold! I can’t remember the last time my sinuses were so clogged that when I tried to swallow, I created a vacuum in my head. Since I am nursing my son, I can’t take a whole lot of medicine that is actually helpful. But I ran across my grandmother’s remedy for sinus congestion … Vick’s Vapor Rub. Man, it opened my sinuses right up for at least 5 minutes. Well, at least so far I am still open.

I, too, am suffering. I have tried all kinds of things, and after you posted this, I gave it a whirl… but I only had the baby stuff, so I used that, and it didi not work. :( Fortunately, today is already better after going to sleep at 830 last night. Maybe one more night of that will be enough to kick it!
