Reusable shopping bags not my style
I am all for reusing plastic bags and not cluttering up the land
fills. But come on. The Earth Lady tops the cake. She has a great idea for someone who has more time than I do - and I am guessing, you as well. I would rather use brown paper bags (I can reuse them to mail stuff home to my family in a diaper box) or plastic bags (something has to hold my daughter’s dirty diapers when we are out in public without everyone else knowing we have one) than canvas just because I would have to remember to bring them with me when I go to the store. Most of the time, I am thinking about something and stop into Wal-Mart just for a couple of items. Guess I will be one of the bad people who use the plastic bags again this year. Go ahead … fuss at me.

i dont have a lot of time either. i keep cloth bags in both of our cars..so no matter which one i have, they are with me. i also keep a sting bag in my purse (and i carry a very small purse). i get my bags at ecobags.com and they are great. As for dirty diapers, well, i use cloth diapers which are very convenient and i have a wet bag that i store the diapers in. even if you use disposable diapers you can still use a wet bag (very small bag that is water proof) to carry the diaper around.
