If you shop at Food Lion, then you should sign up for their weekly newsletter.  Each week, I receive an emailed newsletter from Food Lion.  The email tells me of this week’s sales, of course.  But not only that, it gives you free printable coupons!!!! 

Some of my favorite coupons are for produce, bread, diapers, and other things that I would normally use.  This week’s coupons are for English muffins, Hot Pockets (gotta go get the breakfast ones for the kids), cheese puffs, and Lipton tea bags.  There is also a Pet Partners section where you can print off coupons for pet products.  Sometimes the newsletter also has free recipes.
