My sister has given me a great cheesy potato recipe that is not only cheap to make but very easy. I thought I would share it with you.

3 cans chicken broth

2 lbs of square hash browns

1 can cream of chicken

1 can cheddar cheese soup

1 cup shredded cheese

Simmer the chicken broth and potatoes until the potatoes are soft.

Add the other soups and cheese until heated.

Serve.
