Cheap tomato juice recipe.
Anyone like tomato juice but hate paying out the nose for it? I just came across a great article from Heloise, the crafty kitchen guru, from the Birmingham News that gives a great recipe for Frugal tomato juice. Here it is. I have a feeling that there will be many more ideas from Heloise to come. She is awesome!
1 part tomato paste to 3 parts cold tap water (more or less - you can adjust to your taste); blend in blender (this makes it completely smooth and creamy), and salt and pepper to taste.
