Frugal baking powder

Here is a recipe for baking powder:
Stir and sift together 2 parts Cream of Tartar, 1 part baking soda, and 1 part cornstarch.

Easy & Healthy Chicken Taco Salads

This is a very easy to prepare.  You can have dinner in about 30 minutes.  Since the shells are baked, this is a pretty healthy meal. 
You will need:

boneless chicken
refried beans
salsa
taco seasoning
Azteca taco shells (usually found in the refrigerated stuff, near the eggs)

Thrifty Punch recipe

My babysitter makes a fabulous punch for Halloween.  I made it for a baby shower this weekend and I thought I would share it with you.
2 cans orange juice
1 can lemonade
1 big can pineapple juice
