Carter’s Onezies have options
I love Carter’s brand clothing. However, I can usually only justify paying for them at my favorite consignment shop, Once Upon a Child. You know me, K grows out of her clothes too fast to pay more than $5 for an entire outfit. So when I look at onezies to get her, I want the best I can find for the lowest price. Then there are Carter’s onezies. I love them because they thicker than Gerber’s and seem to last longer. They are also cuter in this mommy’s opinion. So where do you get them and how much can you pay? Well, Target and Wal-Mart have Gerber’s onezies 5-pk for around $9.95, give or take. Toys-R-Us has Carter’s onezies for $14.99. But if you go to Wal-Mart, they have Carter’s Child of Mine onezies for around $10.50. They are just as nice and wear just as well as the Toys-R-Us version and $4 cheaper. I tried to find the prices online to let you see, but couldn’t find some of them. I gave the links I could find. Other than that, just call your local stores or go by and see for yourself and let me know what you find. From now on, I will justify the extra $.50 to get the onezies that I like better. That is, if I can’t find them at the resale shop for $.50. Now go and get those deals!

Target also as their own Carters brand: Just One Year, priced comparably to the Child of Mine clothes.

You are correct. I like Target’s stuff as well. Sometimes they run decent sales, too. I also like the fact that Carter’s is branching out. Now if only Toys-R-Us would just get on the frugal band wagon, I’d be set! Thanks for the info. I love comparison shopping. It makes me feel challenged an deserving of a great bargain :)
