An easy way to same money on your mortgage
Unless you are independantly wealthy or just plain lucky, you have a mortgage. Ever want to shave off 30-40 thousand dollars off that mortgage? Think it’s impossible? I have a surprise for you. It’s not. Keep in mind, this avenue of mortgage payments depends on your lender. However, at our old house, we were offered a heck of a deal. Our mortgage wasn’t extravagant or huge. We had a moderate house and a reasonable mortgage payment but still had a 30 year mortgage loan. We were offered the option of making the same total payment but break it up into bi-weekly payments. Believe it or not, it would have saved us over 30 thousand dollars and 6 years on our mortgage. Can you think of an easier way to save that much money?
