Toys R Us has a great sale on diapers

by kellys on September 7th, 2006

I have recently gone to Toys-R-Us and found a nice surprise. For the month of September, if you use Pampers, then you are in luck. The large box of 140 has a coupon for $5 off. That makes them $.23 per diaper while Wal-Mart has them $.26 per diaper. I went and stocked up on them and her wipes. They also have a good deal on Gerber onezies. Buy one and get one 50% off. Enjoy shopping guilt free.

It’s nice to find a deal every once in a while isn’t it!! Unfortunately, they don’t happen often enough!

I totally agree! They are out there but it takes time to find them. That’s why Thrifty Mommy is so fun;)

I try to find good deals at CVS and Food Lion. Those are my deal stores. At CVS sometimes they have their CVS brand diapers and coupons buy one get one 1/2 price, or buy one get one for a penny. Those are great saving times and I stock up. I try to check the flyer online from time to time to see if it is my lucky week. I have not had any problems with their diapers leaking. They are comparable to the White Cloud brand. Another great thing I have enjoyed about CVS is that they print off coupons for you. I was just in there the other day and they printed off a $4 coupon off my next $20 CVS purchase. One time I went in there and bought several packages of diapers, pull-ups, along with wipes, hygiene products, laundry detergent, etc. and with using my CVS coupons I spent less than $40. I felt so good about myself for being a good steward of my money and for my savings.

Food Lion is also a good place for savings. They also print off their coupons for you. Many times I received their coupon for $3 off your next $15 baby purchase, along with the Gerber coupons, diaper coupons, and such that they print off. Combine their coupons with a sale and your manufacturer’s coupons and you’ve got a dream deal. One time I only paid $9 for a case of Huggies diapers. I think I got them for about 9 cents a piece. I have gotten similar deals on Pampers at Food Lion. It pays to pay attention and save those coupons!!!

Lucky for ya’ll My dd was allergic to anything but Pampers so I ahve been too afraid to try anthing else. I hate paying the price though. I thin I am going to be brave and try another brand next time.
